Request deletion of your CLEANGO account

From the Android app

Open Profile, choose Delete account, review the deletion and retention notice, confirm it, and submit the authenticated request.

Email CLEANGO Support using the button below. Include the Cameroon phone number registered to the account and your preferred contact method. Never send an SMS code, password, payment PIN, or identity document by email.

What the request covers

• Your Firebase sign-in account and customer or collector profile.
• Associated addresses, device tokens, optional profile media, and support data where applicable.
• Other personal data that is not required for an active service or lawful retention purpose.

Verification, active services, and limited retention

CLEANGO may verify account ownership and resolve active collections, subscriptions, payments, disputes, or safety issues before completing deletion. Limited payment, collection, accounting, fraud-prevention, audit, safety, or legal records may be retained where required, with access restricted and personal data minimized where possible.

An authorized CLEANGO administrator handles deletion requests, with a second authorized administrator as backup. cleangocm@gmail.com is monitored for customer support. Deletion is request-based, not instant client-side erasure. Any limited retention must remain necessary for applicable legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or dispute purposes; records are not retained indefinitely merely because a request was made.

CLEANGO Support will acknowledge the request and explain any verification, active-service, or retention steps. The account is not deleted merely by opening this page.
