Verification and truthful information
Provide accurate identity, portrait, vehicle, insurance and, where applicable, company and driving-license documents. An authorized administrator reviews your application. Pedal-only bicycles and tricycles are distinguished from motor vehicles; the reviewer checks the applicable vehicle and license category. Ask support to review any claimed legal exemption before approval.
Correction and review
Rejected applicants may correct the identified documents and resubmit the same application. Approved documents stay approved unless an authorized reviewer reopens them with a reason. Previous decisions and document versions remain restricted review evidence; replacement is not automatic approval.
Authorized collections and location privacy
Access only your authorized assignments and use customer information solely for collection. Do not copy or disclose customer locations for unrelated purposes. Opening Google Maps is optional: after you explicitly choose navigation, only the confirmed pickup coordinates are sent to Google Maps.
Suspension and appeal
A suspended Collector may not reapply or access collection operations until an authorized administrator restores access. Support, account administration and privacy rights remain available. Contact CLEANGO CM through the contact page or cleangocm@gmail.com to request review. Suspension does not automatically delete records or settle outstanding commitments.
Privacy and document handling
Read https://cleangocm.com/privacy/ for purposes, recipients, retention and rights, and https://cleangocm.com/delete-account/ for deletion requests. Accepting or acknowledging that notice does not itself replace the legal basis needed to process verification documents. Private files are restricted to the applicant and authorized reviewers; do not submit unrelated persons or documents.
